We Need Your Help!

The Pet Supplies Plus dog area at Hillcrest has been an overwhelming success. We've received a lot of positive feedback from the community, people using the area (and their dogs!) and are happy that the park is getting so much use. And because it is getting so much use, we need your help.

We are looking for volunteers to work in conjunction with the city to devote an hour or two at certain times at the park. It looks like our peak times are between 6 to 8 pm, but any time slot would be appreciated. The city made up badges that volunteers can wear to help facilitate answering questions about the park and also reminding people of the rules.

Volunteers needs to feel comfortable with the following:
Understanding of the rules and the ability to verbally explain them when needed
Politely reminding people of the rules if you see an infraction (example: someone not cleaning up after their dog, dogs playing too rough, someone bringing an aggressive dog in, smoking in the area, etc.)
