Shouldn't it say "some dogs"? Only the dogs and owners that are easy to "catch" get a ticket. If they want to issue a ticket to every unlicensed dog or just need money (Failure to obtain license $50,Failure to vaccinate dog $50,Failure to wear tag on dog $50,...),maybe they should go from door to door. Most of the dogs around here live in someones back yard and never get walked. And if someone walks their dog I usually don't see any tags.Would be nice if they could educate people and help an unhappy dog instead of making a dog unhappy.

Hi, I have tried many times to stop my neighbor from letting his dogs run loose and chase the deer from my back yard. I have called the police and Kent County Animal Control. I cannot get anyone to talk to my neighbors. What do I do next.

Thanks
